Main Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyse mobile data product performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support pricing strategies and lifecycle management to maximise product profitability.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute initiatives that grow revenue and customer engagement.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
• Contribute to product optimisation by identifying underperforming areas and proposing corrective actions.
• Work cross functionally with stakeholders to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional registration with ZIM or a relevant membership body.
• 3–5 years’ experience in telecom product management, commercial analysis, or mobile data.
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
