Overview
The Product Performance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of telecom products across voice, data, and value added services. This role transforms product usage and revenue data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience, increase average revenue per user (ARPU), and drive overall product profitability. It requires a commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills who can bridge technical data with business strategy to support sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities
• Track and evaluate product performance across multiple service lines, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze revenue and usage data to generate insights that inform product strategy and decision making.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and customer experience teams to implement initiatives that improve ARPU and product profitability.
• Provide regular reporting and performance dashboards to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Support product optimization by identifying underperforming areas and proposing corrective actions.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on product performance goals and strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by applying data driven approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Professional registration with ZIM or another relevant membership body.
• 3–5 years’ experience in telecom product performance, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities, with a track record of influencing business outcomes.
