With the expansion and development of the business and market of Camco Group-Zambia, the company is currently recruiting Marketing Directors for the positions of engineering and mining machinery, agriculture and agricultural product processing machinery, power generation equipment and Northern Region. 1) Marketing Director (Engineering and Mining Machinery)-Zambia
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for formulating the company’s marketing strategy in the field of engineering and mining machinery to ensure the realization and achievement of the company’s annual operating plan or strategic planning goals;
  2. Establish and maintain good relations with overseas customers and partners to promote the growth of engineering and mining machinery sales performance and long-term cooperation;
  3. Continue to pay attention to and analyze the dynamics of the engineering and mining machinery industry in the African market, the situation of competitors, and provide support for the company’s decision-making;
  4. Enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the African market through various channels;
  5. Build and manage the marketing team, provide training and guidance, and ensure the efficient operation of the team;
    Among them,
    The main product areas responsible for the engineering and mining machinery direction are excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.
    Job requirements:
  6. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international business, machinery and other related majors;
  7. More than 5 years of marketing or related work experience in the field of engineering and mining machinery at home and abroad, with successful experience in leading the team to achieve sales targets;
  8. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to communicate skillfully with overseas customers and partners; ability to write, speak, and read Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture an added advantage.
  9. Proficient in marketing tools and methods, such as SWOT analysis; have marketing strategy thinking, and are good at customer management, cost control, employee motivation, etc.;
  10. Have good pressure-bearing ability, communication skills, keen market insight and analytical ability.
    2) Marketing Director (Agriculture and Agricultural Products Processing Machinery) – Zambia
    Job Responsibilities:
  11. Responsible for formulating the company’s marketing strategy in the field of agriculture and agricultural products processing machinery, ensuring the realization and achievement of the company’s annual operating plan or strategic planning goals;
  12. Establish and maintain good relations with overseas customers and partners, and promote the growth of sales performance and long-term cooperation of agriculture and agricultural products processing machinery;
  13. Continue to pay attention to and analyze the dynamics of the agricultural and agricultural products processing machinery industry in the African market, the situation of competitors, and provide support for the company’s decision-making;
  14. Enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the African market through various channels;
  15. Build and manage the marketing team, provide training and guidance, and ensure the efficient operation of the team;
    Among them,

  17. More than 5 years of marketing or related work experience in agricultural and agricultural product processing machinery at home and abroad, and have successfully led the team to achieve sales targets;

  22. Establish and maintain good relations with overseas customers and partners to promote the growth of power generation equipment sales performance and long-term cooperation;
  23. Continue to pay attention to and analyze the dynamics of the power generation equipment industry in the African market and the situation of competitors to provide support for the company’s decision-making;
  24. Enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the African market through various channels;
  25. Build and manage the marketing team, provide training and guidance, and ensure the efficient operation of the team;
    Among them,
    the main product areas responsible for the power generation equipment direction are solar energy storage equipment, generator sets, etc.
    Job requirements:
  26. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international business, electrical or mechanical engineering, machinery and other related majors;
  27. More than 5 years of marketing or related work experience in solar energy storage equipment at home and abroad, and have successfully led the team to achieve sales targets;
  28. Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate skillfully with overseas customers and partners; ability to write, speak, and read Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture an added advantage.
  29. Proficient in marketing tools and methods, such as SWOT analysis, etc.; have marketing strategy thinking, and are good at customer management, cost control, employee motivation, etc.;
  30. Have good pressure-bearing ability, communication skills, keen market insight and analytical ability.
    4) Marketing Director/Manager (Northern Region)-Zambia
    Job Responsibilities:
  31. Responsible for formulating the company’s marketing strategy in the northern region, ensuring the realization and achievement of the company’s annual operating plan or strategic planning goals;
  32. Establish and maintain good relationships with overseas customers and partners, and promote the growth and long-term cooperation of sales performance of all products in the northern region;
  33. Continue to pay attention to and analyze the dynamics of the machinery industry in the African market and the situation of competitors, and provide support for the company’s decision-making;
  34. Enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the African market through various channels;
  35. Build and manage the marketing team, provide training and guidance, and ensure the efficient operation of the team;
    Job Requirements:
  36. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, international business, machinery, etc.;
  37. More than 5 years of marketing or related work experience in the machinery industry at home and abroad, with experience in successfully leading the team to achieve sales goals;
  38. Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate proficiently with overseas customers and partners; ability to write, speak, and read Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture an added advantage.
