Overview
TopFloor is seeking detail oriented Mystery Shoppers to join its team on a hybrid basis. This role is designed to evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall retail and service experiences across client locations. By providing objective insights, Mystery Shoppers play a vital role in helping brands improve service delivery, strengthen customer satisfaction, and inform learning and development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
• Conduct in store evaluations by interacting with staff and assessing customer service standards.
• Review product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Provide unbiased feedback and submit detailed reports based on observations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the mystery shopping process and assignments.
• Complete tasks within specified timelines while following established guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding schedules, findings, and progress.
• Attend training sessions when required to understand assignment goals and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or mystery shopping is an advantage.
• Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one local language.
• Ability to remain impartial and provide fact based reporting.
• Reliable access to a computer and internet for timely report submissions.
• Flexibility to travel to different locations and work varied hours.
• Valid driver’s license.
