Overview
Warehousing Clerks play a vital role in ensuring smooth inventory operations within fast paced environments. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse processes. Success in the role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets.

Main Responsibilities
• Accurately manage stock levels, including receiving, unloading, stacking, and dispatching shipments.
• Organise and maintain warehouse areas to ensure orderly storage and easy retrieval of products.
• Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support overall warehouse optimisation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly and maintain workflow.
• Uphold quality standards in picking and dispatching outbound shipments.
• Monitor and report on inventory movements, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Contribute to team objectives by demonstrating initiative, reliability, and sound judgment in daily tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Certificate or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, problem solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Basic mathematical skills for stock counts and measurements.
• Self motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining integrity and attention to detail.
