Overview
We are looking for a Business Banker to actively manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role is centered on driving profitability and strengthening client relationships through targeted telephonic sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a knack for identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.


Main Responsibilities
As a Business Banker, you will be responsible for:
• Driving sales and growth by meeting set targets through focused telephonic campaigns to the existing Business Banking and Commercial client base.
• Providing comprehensive support for clients' transactional, product, and credit needs using various digital platforms like phone, email, and chat.
• Cultivating and maintaining client relationships through ethical sales methods and tailored propositions to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including updating customer databases, ensuring all documentation is finalized, and taking full accountability for the client experience.
• Adhering to strict risk and compliance processes while actively tracking your personal performance against key indicators to achieve sales targets.


Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Experience: A proven track record in sales, particularly in a telephony or remote environment, with a focus on managing and growing a portfolio of business clients.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort and experience using various technology platforms for outbound sales campaigns.
Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, disciplined in time management, and committed to high-quality sales delivery. You must be able to understand and own your performance, with a strong commitment to ethical conduct and risk management.
