Overview
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our IT infrastructure is stable, secure, and always available. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of our servers and business applications, directly impacting the efficiency of our daily business functions.

Main Responsibilities
As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, your key duties will include:
• Managing server operations to ensure our business applications are always secure and accessible to users.
• Ensuring infrastructure stability, proactively working to maintain a reliable IT environment.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of all IT systems.
• Providing technical support and resolving issues related to the infrastructure to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a strong candidate for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
• Education: A university degree in Computer Science.
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure role.
• Technical Skills: A solid, working knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems is essential.
• Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ).
