Overview
The Officer, Security provides specialized expertise and guidance within the Group Physical Security and Real Estate Services Engineering departments. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the bank's telemetry environment, which includes video surveillance, access control, intercom systems, and related network infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring an effective and efficient security framework across the organization, particularly within Zambia.

Main Responsibilities
• Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy physical security solutions and architectures, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for physical security systems, telemetry networks, and Real Estate Services engineering applications, resolving technical issues and maintaining optimal performance.
• Vendor Management: Liaise directly with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance and service level agreements for physical security systems are met.
• System Monitoring: Provide expert input for monitoring and controlling all physical security systems across key locations in Zambia.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience: Proven practical experience and a strong understanding of physical security systems are essential for this role.
