Overview
The bank is seeking a dynamic Cash Plus Relationship Banker to drive the growth, management, and sustainability of its Cash Plus agent network. Reporting to the Manager – Alternate Channels, the role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting agents while ensuring service excellence, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong balance of relationship management, business development, and compliance oversight.
Main Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and train Cash Plus agents, ensuring smooth setup, ongoing support, and decommissioning in line with policy.
• Manage an active agent portfolio, providing continuous engagement and support to maximize productivity and growth.
• Drive channel penetration and revenue growth, meeting agreed performance targets and KPIs.
• Monitor agent performance and service-level agreements to ensure efficient turnaround times and high-quality customer experiences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Branch Managers, Business & Commercial teams, Marketing, Risk, and Area Managers to strengthen channel effectiveness.
• Provide guidance to agents on business challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure costs are managed within budget while maintaining efficiency and service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in agent network management, financial services distribution, or channel development.
• Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance, implement monitoring programs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to balance growth targets, service quality, and operational efficiency.
