Overview
NetOne Zambia is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, generate leads, and support business objectives. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution within the ICT sector. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to position NetOne as a trusted ICT solutions provider in Zambia and beyond.
Main Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning: Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives, supported by market research and competitor insights.
• Brand & Communications: Strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels; manage corporate communications, PR, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Execute demand-generation campaigns, produce marketing collateral, and support the sales team in achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising while monitoring analytics to drive performance improvements.
• Events & Partnerships: Organize activations, trade shows, product launches, and partnerships to amplify market reach and customer engagement.
• Team & Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, mentor team members, and coordinate with agencies and freelancers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within the ICT/technology sector.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, and Canva.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative problem solver with attention to detail and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
