Overview
We are seeking a motivated Brewing Raw Materials Controller to lead and coordinate the brewing materials team, ensuring production requirements are met while maintaining safety, efficiency, and accuracy. The role is responsible for managing brewing inventory, aligning physical and system stock records, and facilitating timely processing of brewing operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting production continuity through effective materials management and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee and reconcile brewing materials inventory, chemicals, and consumables in collaboration with stores and production teams.
• Capture brewing performance data, prepare daily reports, and conduct downtime and raw material consumption analyses.
• Process Flowcentric jobs and manage stock movements in Syspro, including receiving, issuing to shift leaders, and transferring to warehouse.
• Control printing and stationery requirements for brewing operations.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement of materials management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Grade 12 with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally with exposure to brewing or manufacturing environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, with working knowledge of MS Office, Syspro, and Flowcentric.
• Competencies: Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; financial acumen; and ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Added Advantage: Understanding of brewing processes and materials management.
