Overview
AB InBev is seeking a dynamic Brewing Manager to lead and coordinate all brewing operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) excellence. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, product quality, and team performance within a high-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for brewing, continuous improvement, and people development.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee brewing operations from raw material intake to packaging, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing brewing team through effective talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
• Drive process optimization, cost control, and waste reduction across the brewing value chain.
• Ensure adherence to VPO principles, including governance of production, financial controls, and quality assurance.
• Manage brewing-specific projects and support engineering integrity and maintenance reliability.
• Maintain strong operational interfaces with systems such as MES, eQMS, PTS, Acadia, and Sigga.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• BSc in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Completion of a formal brewing traineeship and certified as a checked-out brewer.
• Minimum 4–5 years of production experience, including at least 4 years in a brewing management role.
• Proven expertise in brewhouse, cellars, and filtration management.
• Strong track record in commercial decision-making, operational leadership, and quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of performance management and VPO implementation.
• Excellent communication, team facilitation, and employee relations skills.
