Overview
This entry-level opportunity is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in Human Resources. The HR Graduate will support a wide range of HR functions, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, wellness, and compliance. The role offers exposure to HR systems, labour legislation, and policy development, providing a strong foundation for future growth in the field.

Main Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by maintaining records, managing leave and benefits, and contributing to engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs, assess learning needs, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Facilitate performance management activities, including tracking appraisals and ensuring fair review processes.
• Contribute to wellness campaigns, recognition events, and feedback collection.
• Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and support audits and policy implementation.
• Participate in HR projects and conduct research on best practices and trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Honours degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Must be a recent graduate with no prior participation in structured graduate or internship programs.
• Advantageous: Up to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Medically fit per company standards; proactive and self-motivated.
