Overview
The Artisan Field Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and service-related duties at both the company's Service Center and on client sites. This role is essential for ensuring the reliable operation of client equipment, protecting the spares business, and upholding the highest standards of safety and service quality. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and safety-conscious professional committed to delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and service duties on client equipment, including the repair of mill liners and pumps on customer sites.
• Assist in the planning of maintenance schedules and maintain a high level of service repair work on all contracts.
• Compile and submit detailed field service reports, ensuring they are signed by customers.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on all sites.
• Provide assistance with the training of mine personnel and support the implementation of LEAN principles.
• Accumulate data on spare parts consumption and pump performance to help optimize service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education and Experience: Qualified Artisan with three to five years of related experience.
• Certifications: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Citizenship: Must be a local citizen.
• Attributes: Proven commitment to safety, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
