ROLE SUMMARY
Mineral Link Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage haul and load operations across multiple project sites. This role is integral to ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of heavy machinery operations within the heavy equipment and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with industry safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management: Supervise daily haul and load operations, manage heavy machinery on-site, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
• Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and manage crew members, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry safety protocols.
• Site Oversight: Monitor activities across multiple locations, coordinate site logistics, and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all haul and load operations meet industry-specific safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Communication: Liaise between field teams, project management, and client representatives to relay timely updates and resolve issues.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of daily operations, report on performance metrics, and handle incident documentation as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; preference for
candidates with a technical degree or coursework in heavy machinery operations, construction management, or a related field.

• Certifications: Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation, site safety training, and relevant regulatory qualifications (e.g., OSHA training or equivalent) are required.

• Licenses: Appropriate driver’s license proving eligibility for operating heavy machinery and transport vehicles.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision related to heavy machinery operations within the heavy equipment and construction sector.

Experience should include:
• Supervising haul and load operations on active construction or mining sites.
• Managing teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments with strict safety protocols.
• Coordinating multi-site operations and handling complex logistical challenges.
• Implementing continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
In this role, the Site Supervisor will also be expected to participate in regular training sessions, contribute to operational planning meetings, and assist in budget preparation and resource allocation when necessary.
