Loss Control and Shrinkage Prevention Assistants /internal auditors

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock losses to ensure they stay within budget
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise via assistance
• Perform stock takes as per planed schedule and be able to prepare the reports time
• Be able to do SOP audits according to the company policy and compile reports on time
• Develop strategies that should help minimum or maintain shrinkage at the lowest leave.
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full stock counts and SOP audits with the team.
• Be able to prepare monthly reports on time
• Be able to follow up with shop on pending reports and issues
• Stock pile and Ghost stock identification and remedial measures – Developing measures to put controls on those
• Usage analysis Vs sales in departments to avoid possible fraud and Printing and misuse
• Analysis on the Consumables, Printing and stationery like that

Qualifications
• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or any Business related course
• Has experience with inventory management skills
• Proven working experience in retail business
• Demonstrable ability to lead, manage team members and work as a team player
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred:
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel country-wide when required
• Physical Exam Required:
• Police Clearance
• Candidate should be medically fit
