Qualifications
• Grade twelve Certificate
• Certificate or better in Fisheries, Aqua culture, or another related field
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on the lake preferred.
Job role
• Maintains records and prepare reports on feed operation.
• Maintain an accurate log of all feeding done daily.
• Take note of observed fish behavior mortalities and share information to relevant team(s).
• Responsible for teams’ safety and wellbeing while on the lake.
• Report all accidents and incidents to the Grow Out Manager.
• Take part in company’s safe practices and be part of the system.
• Ensure Yalelo policies and procedures are always observed and adhered to by the team.
• Acts as nutritionist to develop feeding schedules needed for specicific growth rate of fish
