Richmond Farms Limited is a private entity that has ventured into supply of bulk oil and dry goods to the local market with future expansion projections into international markets. We are seeking to attract and recruit a talented pool of individuals that will fit into our organization. We are looking for a pool of talented individuals that are self-starters’ and experienced to oversee business operations for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in various parts of the Country.
Partnership Officer – 2 Positions
Job Purpose
Oversee and promote a resilient plan in operations that drives towards efficiency, timely delivery and selling of RFL products (bulk-oil and dry goods) in the designated locations in order to attain organizational targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop specific and robust strategies for all Partnership Assistants and Merchandisers to enhance sales against set monthly, annual and other targets.
- Oversee the supervision of Partnership Assistants and Merchandisers, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, and quick resolution of grievances.
- Device and implement plans and strategies that enhance the safety and security of the acquired raw stock in the designated facilities.
- Build strong partnerships, maximize client satisfaction and increase sales for both existing and new clients.
- Develop a smart-mechanism that can systematically monitor client stock levels to avoid stock-outs and address any supply chain challenges.
- Regularly conduct market research, design campaigns that will create awareness of the RFL product line by taking into consideration the changes in the business environment.
- Collaborate with internal department to ensure smooth execution of Key Account initiatives.
- Identify and acquire new key clients (supermarkets, wholesalers, informal traders, GRZ entities).
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their preferences, need to attain client satisfaction.
- Monitor Key account performance against set targets and KPIs, implement correct action when required and maximum successful strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness products.
- 3 years related work experience.
- High people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent Intelligence of understanding the marketing of FMCG.
- Valid driver’s license.
