To support this vision, KCM is recruiting;

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and filling of tax returns for both direct and indirect taxes.
• Maintaining and updating tax risk register to assist identify any potential exposures and risks and ensuring those risks are mitigated.
• Implementation of new and existing strategies in relation to tax opportunities with adherence to current tax rules and regulations.
• Determination of the correct amounts of Customs duties for both imports and exports in liaison with clearing agents and ensuring timely payment to the revenue authority.
• Must work withing KCM the confines of KCM prescribed ethical code of conduct

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Administration, Economics, ACCA, CIMA or related field
• 5 years working experience in Taxation, Financial planning and reporting in mining or related industry
• Knowledge in SAP financial module is added advantage
• Must have Knowledge and understanding of key financial reporting standards
