Title: Administrator IT Service Desk

OVERALL PURPOSE
The Administrator IT Service Desk is responsible of tracking incidents and service requests, as well as addressing support requests, in order to ensure that service levels and targets are maintained and fulfilled, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery expectations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Professional Registration: ICTAZ
Minimum Experience: 3 years’ experience in delivering first-line technical support to end-users
Key Skills: working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote-control solutions
