National Control Centre Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, and coordinating with security personnel and emergency services.
• Operate the National Control Center CCTV
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication between the control center and individual stores, as well as with other departments
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and security logs, enabling timely reporting and analysis.
• Ensuring all stores adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and inventory management
• Generating reports on store performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications:

• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is crucial for the protection of assets and personnel.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Strong reporting skills.

Education/Experience:

Preferred:
• High school diploma/GED.
• Certificate in Security and Compliance or any related field.
• Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
