We are looking for a Fixed Network Solutions Specialist with a strong background in communications and a working knowledge of IP, DWDM, and FTTX technologies. The successful candidate will support technical solution design, engage with carrier customers, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of fixed network solutions, particularly in IP, DWDM, and FTTX (FTTH) environments.
• Collaborate with carrier customers to understand requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with solution proposals, technical documentation, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of network solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fixed network technologies and industry best practices.
• Respond proactively to client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship development.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fixed network environment (IP, DWDM, FTTX).
• General technical knowledge of IP networking, DWDM systems, and FTTH architecture.
• Experience working directly with carrier customers is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in task completion.
