Job Description

Lumwana Mining Company seeks to recruit highly committed employees for the position of Training Facilitator Dover – LEP (Fixed Term) to join the Project Department. We are in search of an individual who can champion Barrick’s DNA by:

Reporting to Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting the Dover-Psychometric tests and providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment designed to ensure all tests conducted achieve excellence in finding suitable people for training/recruitment and help in risk detection.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist clients with completing documentation as required for the occupational health examinations.
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Induct candidates.
• Invigilate candidates while testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Ensure good housekeeping.
• Support training compliance with the requirements of LMC BOE Model.
• Define and identify the training needs as per the organizational requirements.
• Indirectly minimize costs through efficient testing of candidates by providing expertise, resources, and services.
• Document and Report on all Trainings

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
• Certificate IV in training/Assessor is an added advantage.
• Minimum Certificate in Rigid/Articulated.
• Minimum of two (2) years conducting Dover Testing.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Competent in incident/accident investigation.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
