Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking a talented and proactive Credit Controller to join our team at the Lusaka Head Office. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit and collections, contributing to our financial stability and success.
:
• Monitoring and managing the company’s credit control processes
• Making follow-ups with clients on monthly obligations
• Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
• Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
• Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts
:
• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
• CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies
• 2 to 3 years experience as a Credit Controller
• Knowledge of credit control principles and practices
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office
