EXECUTIVE CHEF /FOOD & BEVERAGES CONSULTANT
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional hospitality expert to join our company as an Executive Chef/Food & Beverages Consultant.
The consultant will need to be creative, passionate, motivated, risk taking and visionary to work successfully and deliver to our expectations.In addition to the above the Consultant must highly be an experienced culinary expert who is able to advise and leverage their food service expertise to observe, analyse and provide a range of solutions to our F&B Department.Executive Chef/ Food & Beverages Consultant
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Advising and leveraging food and beverages service expertise Coordinating and directing all food preparation from prep to service
• Monitoring the quality of all food and beverages
• Budgetary planning and management
• Improving customer/client relations
• Hire and train new kitchen staff
• Research and implement new culinary trends
• Consulting, advising and operational deliveries on all culinary aspects
Executive Chef/F&B Consultant requirements and Qualifications
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Accomplished professional hospitality consultant
• Proven expertise in F&B operations and management
• Minimum 20 years of practical experience in directing kitchen and restaurant settings of international standard.
• Leadership skills such as leading a team of chefs, teaching line cooks new recipe and managing a kitchen staff.
• Past experience as General Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Consultant at international level will be an added advantage.
