We’re Hiring: Greenhouse Manager!

Location: Makeni Konga, Lusaka, Zambia

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily greenhouse operations
Manage planting, watering, fertilization, and pest control
Ensure optimal plant growth and health
Supervise and train greenhouse staff
Monitor & document stock usage to minimize misuse and prevent stock-outs
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock items
Manage and document all key activities effectively
Provide after-sales field visit support to customers
Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Horticulture or related field
• At least two years of practical experience in agriculture
• Strong knowledge of plant biology and pest management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers, and irrigation procedures
• Strong team management/supervisory skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Must have a valid driver’s license
